Ian Harris | President & CEO | Director

Mr. Harris is a mining engineer with over 20 years’ experience leading mining projects worldwide including over 10 years working and living in South America. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of AMAK Mining and Para Resources. Mr. Harris was also Senior Vice President and Country Manager of Corriente Resources through feasibility, initial engineering, and commencement of construction at the Mirador mine in Ecuador. He successfully led the push to reactivate Corriente’s mining projects in Ecuador by building national and local support and navigating through a new constitution and a new mining law, leading to the sale of Corriente for $690 million. Mr. Harris is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Tetiana Konstantynivska | VP Investor Relations

Ms. Konstantynivska brings extensive experience as an Investor Relations and Digital Marketing professional in the Mining & Metals industry, spanning public and private companies in mining technology, exploration, development, and production. She played a pivotal role in the launch of West Red Lake Gold Mines and continues to strengthen Dolly Varden Silver through strong communication strategies. Previously, she led Investor Relations and Communications at Lucara Diamond. Ms. Konstantynivska is the Founder of Constanta Capital, a firm renowned for its ability to connect junior miners with major institutional and high-net-worth investors across Europe and North America. She holds a B.A. in Sociology and English Literature from the University of British Columbia.

Thyana Alvarez | VP Corporate Relations

Ms. Alvarez is a social leader with over 20 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Stakeholder Management, and Corporate Communications. She has a strong history of working closely with communities during the exploration and development stages of mining projects, even in challenging environments. Most recently, Ms. Alvarez served as the Sustainability Manager for Outcrop Silver & Gold, where she played a key role in building strong relationships with local communities, ensuring that projects were carried out responsibly and sustainably. Ms. Alvarez's dedication to social leadership was honored in 2024 when she was named one of Colombia's most influential women.

Edwin Naranjo | Exploration Manager - Mocoa

Mr. Naranjo is a seasoned geologist with over 14 years of expertise in mineral exploration across the Colombian Andes. He has played a key role in several exploration programs within the Central and Western Cordillera of Colombia, as well as the Golden Triangle in Nicaragua. Mr. Naranjo possesses extensive experience with various types of mineral deposits and has contributed to the technical evaluation of copper (Cu), gold (Au), molybdenum (Mo), and silver (Ag) projects in Colombia, Argentina, Peru, and Ecuador.

Mr. Naranjo holds a Master’s degree in Earth Sciences (MSc) from the University of Caldas, Colombia, specializing in Metallogenesis and Ore Deposits. He is an active member of the Colombian Society of Geology, a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG), and a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM). Additionally, Mr. Naranjo is recognized as a Competent Person (QP) by the Colombian Commission on Resources and Reserves (CCRR).
